    摘要:

    采用放電等離子體燒結(jié)的方法制備了外層為Cu60Ni40合金,芯層為Ni9W合金的Cu基復(fù)合坯錠,結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)的RABiTS路線成功獲得了無(wú)鐵磁性、高強(qiáng)度、強(qiáng)立方織構(gòu)的Cu60Ni40-Ni9W-Cu60Ni40復(fù)合基帶。利用EBSD技術(shù)對(duì)復(fù)合基帶軋制織構(gòu)及再結(jié)晶退火后的微取向特征進(jìn)行了分析表征。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明:大變形量冷軋后復(fù)合基帶表面形成了典型的銅型軋制織構(gòu),在截面方向上織構(gòu)呈現(xiàn)梯度分布的特征,在再結(jié)晶退火后該復(fù)合基帶表面立方織構(gòu)含量達(dá)到了97.6%(<10o),并發(fā)現(xiàn),在再結(jié)晶過(guò)程中立方織構(gòu)優(yōu)先在外層材料中形核、長(zhǎng)大,并逐漸吞并周圍的非立方晶粒。對(duì)其力學(xué)性能表征發(fā)現(xiàn):該復(fù)合基帶在室溫下的屈服強(qiáng)度為170 MPa,達(dá)到了商業(yè)化Ni5W合金基帶的水平。

    Abstract:

    The composite alloy ingot with Cu60Ni40 alloy as the outer layer and Ni9W alloy as the inner layer was obtained using the Spark Plasma Sintering (SPS) method. Then the Cu60Ni40-Ni9W-Cu60Ni40 composite substrate with non-magnetic, high strength and strong cube texture were prepared by RABiTS technology. The rolling texture and the micro-orientation of composite substrates processed by heavy cold rolling and recrystallization annealing was analyzed by EBSD technique. The results show that a typical copper-type rolling texture is obtained in the surface of the Cu60Ni40-Ni9W-Cu60Ni40 composite substrate after heavy cold rolling; meanwhile the texture gradient is rendered in the section direction in the sample. The cube texture (<10°) in the surface of the composite substrate reaches 97.6%. In the recrystallization process, the cube grains have the tendency to nucleate and grow up in the outer layer rather than in the inner layer, and the cube grains in the outer layer gradually merge the non-cubic grains in the inner layer. Moreover, through the analyses of mechanical properties, the yield strength σ0.2 of the tapes approaches to 170 MPa, which is similar to the level of the commercial Ni5W tapes.
