    摘要:

    通過TC4-DT鈦合金在1181~1341 K,0.01~10 s-1條件下熱模擬壓縮試驗(yàn),得到其在不同條件下高溫變形真應(yīng)力-真應(yīng)變曲線。采用回歸分析和多項(xiàng)式擬合建立了應(yīng)變補(bǔ)償高溫變形本構(gòu)方程。結(jié)果表明:各變形條件下的流變應(yīng)力曲線均呈現(xiàn)應(yīng)變硬化和流動(dòng)軟化,低溫高應(yīng)變速率特征更明顯。當(dāng)應(yīng)變速率低于1 s-1時(shí),預(yù)測值與實(shí)驗(yàn)值吻合程度較高,相關(guān)系數(shù)和平均相對(duì)誤差絕對(duì)值分別為0.9952 和5.78%,此修正模型可作為TC4-DT鈦合金高溫變形本構(gòu)方程。

    Abstract:

    Elevated-temperature flow behavior of TC4-DT titanium alloy was investigated by conducting isothermal hot compression tests at strain rate from 0.01 to 10 s-1 and in the temperature range of 1181~1341 K on Gleeble-3500 simulator. The Arrhenius constitutive equation considering the strain was established based on the experiment data with the material constants expressed by a polynomial fitting of strain. The results show that all the true stress-strain curves exhibit the characteristics of strain hardening followed by flow softening and it is particularly significant at higher strain rates and lower temperatures. The flow stress values predicted by the developed constitutive model demonstrate a well agreement with the experimental results at the strain rates under 1 s-1. The correlation coefficient (R) and average absolute relative error (AARE) are 0.9952 and 5.78%, respectively, which con?rm that the modi?ed constitutive equation could give an accurate and precise estimate of the ?ow stress of TC4-DT titanium alloy.
