    摘要:

    采用水熱法制備出菊花狀的ZnO納米線簇,然后利用電泳法將之移植到金屬Ti片上,形成均勻的、一定厚度的ZnO納米薄膜,最后經(jīng)真空熱處理形成ZnO場(chǎng)發(fā)射陰極樣品。利用X射線衍射儀(XRD)和掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)對(duì)沉積前后的ZnO納米線簇做了特性鑒定和微結(jié)構(gòu)的表征。對(duì)熱處理后的陰極樣品做了場(chǎng)發(fā)射特性測(cè)試,發(fā)現(xiàn)菊花狀納米ZnO呈現(xiàn)出較低的開啟電場(chǎng)2.0 V/μm和較低的閾值電場(chǎng)5.5 V/mm,在場(chǎng)強(qiáng)達(dá)到7.5 V/mm時(shí),場(chǎng)發(fā)射電流密度為200 mA/cm2,適當(dāng)?shù)卦黾油繉雍穸瓤捎行岣邎?chǎng)發(fā)射電流密度及其穩(wěn)定性,最后探討了菊花狀納米ZnO的場(chǎng)發(fā)射機(jī)理。

    Abstract:

    Chrysanthemum-like ZnO nanowire clusters were prepared by hydrothermal process, then were transferred to Ti substrate by electrophoresis method, and uniform ZnO nano-film with certain thickness was formed. Finally ZnO field emission cathode sample was fabricated after vacuum heat treatment. The microstructure and the morphology of chrysanthemum-like ZnO nanowire clusters were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM), respectively. Field emission tests were conducted for cathode samples after heat treatment, results reveal that the low turn-on field is 2.0 V/mm for the chrysanthemum-like ZnO, and the threshold field is 5.5 V/mm. Moreover, the field emission current density is 200 mA/cm2 under the condition of electric field of 7.5 V/mm, and the field emission current density and its stability can be effectively improved by appropriate enlarging the thickness of the ZnO coating. The field emission mechanism was also explored.
