    摘要:本文針對(duì)CoCrAlSiY涂層的抗熱腐蝕性能,采用HVOF方法制備了涂層,用75wt.%Na2SO4+25wt.%NaCl熱鹽涂敷的方法,對(duì)比了不同Si含量(0、2%及5%)CoCrAlSiY涂層在900℃條件下的抗熱腐蝕性能。研究結(jié)果表明:隨著反應(yīng)溫度升高,涂層的平均腐蝕穿透深度呈增加趨勢(shì);隨著Si含量上升,涂層的平均腐蝕穿透深度逐漸下降。腐蝕后CoCrAlSiY涂層內(nèi)生成了高熔點(diǎn)的金屬硅化物CrSi,有助于提高涂層的抗腐蝕性能。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: The hot corrosion resistance of CoCrAlSiY coating with different Si concentrations (0%, 2% and 5%) at 900 ℃ was discussed by using hot salt coating method with a mixed salt of 75wt% Na2SO4+25wt% NaCl. The CoCrAlSiY coating was prepared by HVOF method. The results show that the average corrosion penetration depth of coating increases with the rising temperature, while the increasing Si concentration decreases the average corrosion penetration depth of coating. Furthermore, CrSi, a high melting point metal silicide, is generated inside the CoCrAlSiY corrosion coating. Thus it is beneficial for improving the corrosion resistance of coating.
