    摘要:

    采用機械高能球磨、常規(guī)模壓和真空無壓燒結相結合的粉末冶金法制備TNZS、TiO2/TNZS及HA/TNZS三種鈦基生物醫(yī)用材料, 對比研究了三種材料的在不同摩擦條件下的摩擦學行為及顯微硬度。結果表明:在室溫、載荷100 g、頻率10 HZ、干摩擦條件下,與Si3N4陶瓷球對摩15 min,HA/TNZS鈦基生物醫(yī)用材料具有較低的摩擦系數(shù)和最高的耐磨損性,TNZS、TiO2/TNZS及HA/TNZS三者摩擦系數(shù)分別為0.4323、0.5643和0.4338,平均磨痕寬度分別為0.33 mm、0.26 mm和0.18 mm,磨損機理都是磨粒磨損為主,氧化磨損、粘著磨損為輔;TNZS、TiO2/TNZS及HA/TNZS鈦基生物醫(yī)用材料在人工體液摩擦條件下的平均摩擦系數(shù)和磨損情況都優(yōu)于干摩擦下的平均摩擦系數(shù)與磨損情況,HA/TNZS生物鈦基材料的耐磨性優(yōu)于其它兩者,三者平均摩擦系數(shù)分別為0.3309、0.4301和0.3840,平均磨痕寬度分別為0.27 mm、0.19 mm和0.17 mm,磨損機理都是磨粒磨損為主,伴有輕微氧化磨損和粘著磨損;TiO2/TNZS的顯微硬度值最高,三者的顯微硬度值分別為525.43 HV、551.23 HV和479.27 HV。

    Abstract:

    TNZS, TiO2/TNZS, HA/TNZS titanium-based biomedical materials were prepared by powder Metallurgy comebining high-energy ball milling, conventional vacuum and non-pressure sintering. The tribological properties and microhardness of the three sintering bodies were investigated. The results show that under the condition of room temperature, load of 100 g, frequency of 10 HZ, dry friction and Si3N4 ceramic ball for 15 min, HA/TNZS titanium-based biomedical material has low friction coefficient and the best wear resistance; friction coefficients are 0.4323, 0.5643 and 0.4338, and the average width of wear scars are 0.33 mm, 0.26 mm and 0.18 mm, respectively ; wear mechanism of all is abrasive wear, supplemented with oxidation wear and adhesive wear; the average friction coefficients and wear of all materials under artificial body fluid are better than those under dry friction , and wear resistence of HA/TNZS is better than the other two; the average friction coefficient of all are 0.3309, 0.4301 and 0.3840, and the average width of wear scars are 0.27 mm,0.19 mm and 0.17 mm, respectively; wear mechanism are abrasive wear, accompanied by mild oxidation wear and adhesive wear;TiO2/TNZS has the highest microhardness value, and the microhardness values of the three are 525.43 HV, 551.23 HV and 479.27 HV.
