    摘要:

    采用有限元法研究經(jīng)歷多次熱震后,NiCrAlY涂層/YSZ擴(kuò)散障/René N5基體內(nèi)應(yīng)力分布及演變和波峰值對(duì)應(yīng)力的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn): 75次熱震后模型外邊緣附近及氧化鋁層中存在較高的剪切應(yīng)力和拉應(yīng)力,裂紋會(huì)在該處萌生及擴(kuò)展。各處的應(yīng)力值隨熱震次數(shù)的增加均有所增加;隨波峰峰值的增加,氧化鋁層內(nèi)的應(yīng)力值變化最大,其中當(dāng)波峰峰值(A)為3μm時(shí),擴(kuò)散障結(jié)構(gòu)較優(yōu)。

    Abstract:

    The stress distribution and its evolution,after repeated thermal shock, in NiCrAlY coatings/YSZ diffusion barrier /René N5 substrate were studied using the finite element method, as well as the effect of peak value on stress. The results showed that higher shear and tensile stresses existed in the outer edge and the alumina layer, where cracks were easier to initiate and propagate, after 75 times- thermal shock. With the increasing number of thermal shock, the stresses in YSZ active diffusion barrier coating system increased. Moreover, the peak stress increasement was observed in the alumina layer, and the optimum peak value (A) was 3 μm.
