    摘要:

    本文對(duì)兩種鉭鎢合金(Ta-2.5W和Ta-10W,鎢的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)分別為2.5 %和10 %)的準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)變形行為進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究。根據(jù)準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)壓縮實(shí)驗(yàn)、霍普金森壓桿(SHPB)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,表明兩種鉭鎢合金的屈服應(yīng)力對(duì)加載應(yīng)變率和鎢的含量較為敏感,并擬合得到了兩種鉭鎢合金的JC本構(gòu)模型。其次,為驗(yàn)證本構(gòu)模型的合理性,開(kāi)展了泰勒撞擊實(shí)驗(yàn)和數(shù)值模擬研究,應(yīng)變率范圍為103~104 s-1,數(shù)值模擬得到的泰勒桿側(cè)輪廓與撞擊端面輪廓與實(shí)驗(yàn)吻合較好。最后,為研究鉭鎢合金變形后的細(xì)觀特性,對(duì)桿件進(jìn)行了光學(xué)顯微照片分析。本文的研究方法與結(jié)果可為材料本構(gòu)關(guān)系的確定提供借鑒。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, a systematic investigation on the quasi-static and dynamic deformation behavior of two tantalum-tungsten (Ta-W) alloys, namely Ta-2.5 weight percentage W (Ta-2.5W) and Ta-10 weight percentage W (Ta-10W), is presented. It is shown based on the performed SHPB and Taylor impact tests that the yield stresses of tantalum-tungsten alloys exhibit sensitivity to strain rate and W content. Based on the quasi-static and high strain-rate experimental data, the material constants in Johnson-Cook (JC) model were obtained for the two Ta-W alloys. In addition, validation of the derived constitutive model is carried out through comparison of Taylor impact inhomogeneous deformations under high strain rate (103~104 s-1), obtained from simulations, with their experimental counterparts. It is shown that the simulation results agree well with post-test geometries in terms of side profiles and impact-interface footprints for Taylor impact tests. To bridge the different spatial scale involved in the process of tantalum-tungsten alloy deformation, a meso-scale research is proposed via a optical microscope (OM) image analysis. The results presented in this paper, provide new insights into the mechanisms suitable for the constitutive relations determination process.
