    摘要:

    采用DEFORM-2D對(duì)AZ31鎂合金的擠壓變形過(guò)程進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬。通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了所選材料應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變、摩擦系數(shù)和換熱系數(shù)等參數(shù)的可靠性。在此基礎(chǔ)之上,對(duì)一系列不同擠壓過(guò)程進(jìn)行了模擬計(jì)算分析,得到了坯料溫度場(chǎng)分布、應(yīng)力場(chǎng)分布及擠壓載荷等一系列數(shù)據(jù),并采用Matlab軟件對(duì)不同工藝參數(shù)與形變載荷之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了四維描述

    Abstract:

    The extrusion process of AZ31 magnesium alloy has been simulated. An actual experiment was also carried out and simulated by DEFORM-2D. The result shows that the simulated temperature-time curve agrees well with the measured one, indicating the good accuracy of the simulation parameters. And then a series of simulations of AZ31 extrusion were analyzed. The temperature distributions, stress distributions and extrusion loads were obtained. Matlab were used to describe the relationship among them in four-dimensional space
