    摘要:

    用金屬注射成型方法研究三種熱塑性蠟基粘接劑(高密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯/聚丙烯、聚丙烯)對316L不銹鋼尺寸穩(wěn)定性及其機械性能的影響,對三種熱塑性蠟基粘接劑溶劑脫脂過程進行了分析。實驗結(jié)果表明用高密度聚乙烯/聚丙烯熱塑性蠟基粘接劑得到的316L不銹鋼注射成型件尺寸穩(wěn)定性及機械性能較好,溶劑脫脂時間較短、效果較好,其長、寬、高三維尺寸穩(wěn)定性比聚丙烯熱塑性蠟基粘接劑得到的注射成型件分別高46 %,40 %,20 %,密度、硬度和拉伸強度分別為7.28 g/cm3、72.3 HRB和579MPa。

    Abstract:

    A thorough of thermoplastic polymer in the wax-based binder is essential for ensuring the dimensions and mechanical properties of 316L stainless steel metal injection molding parts. The effects of three thermoplastic polymers, High density polyethylene, High density polyethylene /Polypropylene and Polypropylene, on the dimensions and mechanical properties of 316L stainless steel metal injection molding parts have been compared in this paper. The tensile bar is tested to examine the dimensions and mechanical properties of sintered parts against different thermoplastic polymers in the binder. Among the three thermoplastic polymers in the binder considered herein, High density polyethylene /Polypropylene performs better than the others in solvent debinding stage and in terms of the metal injection molding compact quality. High density polyethylene /Polypropylene has significantly better length, width and thickness by up to 46%, 40%, 20%, respectively. The density, hardness and tensile strength of the sintered parts are 7.28 g/cm3, 72.3 HRB and 579MPa.
