    摘要:

    為了研究Ni含量對(duì)WC-Ni硬質(zhì)合金性能的影響,利用多物理場(chǎng)耦合燒結(jié)方法制備不同Ni含量的超細(xì)WC-Ni硬質(zhì)合金,結(jié)果顯示:多物理場(chǎng)耦合燒結(jié)方法可以成功制備WC-Ni硬質(zhì)合金,隨著Ni含量增加,WC-Ni硬質(zhì)合金的組織更加致密,試樣的相對(duì)致密度逐漸增加,但WC顆粒發(fā)生了輕微的長(zhǎng)大現(xiàn)象;同時(shí),顯微硬度先增后減,在Ni含量為8%時(shí)達(dá)到最大值,韌性KIC則隨Ni含量的增加迅速增加到8.5 MPa.m1/2。

    Abstract:

    Ultrafine WC-Ni cemented carbides were manufactured by coupled multi-physical fields activated technology to study the effect of the Ni content to sintering of WC-Ni cement carbide. It was found that multi-physical fields activated technology is an effective method to manufacture WC-Ni cemented carbide, and when the content of Ni increased, the micro pore diminished, and densification of the samples increased, but the particle size of WC increased. In addition, firstly, the Micro hardness increases quickly and then decrease with the increasing of the Ni content. At the same time, the fracture toughness (KIC) increase sharply to 8.5 MPa.m1/2 with the increase of the Ni content.
