    摘要:

    研究了課題組開(kāi)發(fā)的一種新型超高強(qiáng)鋁鋰合金的組織與力學(xué)性能。結(jié)果表明:該合金具有優(yōu)異的常規(guī)力學(xué)性能,典型T8熱處理時(shí)抗拉強(qiáng)度600 MPa以上,延伸率超過(guò)10%。10 mm厚熱軋板材及2 mm厚冷軋薄板T8峰時(shí)效(150oC)時(shí)析出強(qiáng)化相相均為T(mén)1相(Al2CuLi)與q¢相(Al2Cu),且兩種厚度板材中析出相分?jǐn)?shù)和尺寸均相當(dāng),但10 mm厚熱軋板材T8峰時(shí)效抗拉強(qiáng)度比2 mm厚冷軋薄板高50~70 MPa左右。力學(xué)性能的差異主要來(lái)源于固溶處理后變形織構(gòu)分?jǐn)?shù)的不同;經(jīng)固溶處理后10 mm厚熱軋板材變形織構(gòu)體積分?jǐn)?shù)遠(yuǎn)高于2 mm冷軋薄板。

    Abstract:

    The structures and mechanical properties of a new super-high strength Al-Li alloy developed by this group were investigated. The alloy possessed excellent properties, of which the tensile strength was greater than 600 MPa, and the elongation higher than 10%. After T8 aging, the strengthening precipitates in both cold-rolled sheet with 2 mm thickness and hot-rolled plate with 10 mm thickness were T1(Al2CuLi) and q¢(Al2Cu), and their fraction and size were basically same in the two plates with different thickness. The strength of T8-aged plate with 10 mm thickness was 50~70 MPa higher than that the T8-aged sheet with 2 mm thickness. This strength enhancement was originated from the texture fraction after solution treatment. The volume fraction of the deformation texture in the solutionized hot-rolled plate with 10 mm thickness was much higher.
