    摘要:

    采用攪拌摩擦加工技術(shù)制備了Al-Ni系金屬間化合物增強(qiáng)鋁基復(fù)合材料,采用 SEM、 XRD 對復(fù)合材料的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)及相組成進(jìn)行了分析,研究在原材料中添加聚四氟乙烯對攪拌摩擦加工制備復(fù)合材料中增強(qiáng)相含量及分布均勻性的影響,并對增強(qiáng)相形成的物理模型進(jìn)行了探討。結(jié)果表明:添加聚四氟乙烯可以顯著改善Al-Ni復(fù)合材料的均勻性;加入聚四氟乙烯后會阻隔Ni粉的團(tuán)聚,致使Ni與Al的接觸面增大從而增大了Ni與Al的反應(yīng)界面、反應(yīng)程度增大、Al3Ni金屬間化合物生成量增多。

    Abstract:

    A series of Al/Ni composites were fabrication with friction stir processing to investigate the effect of PTFE on the homogeneity of Ni distribution in the composites. The microstructures of the surface composites were analyzed by SEM and EDS, the phase composition was examined by XRD. Results show that the uniformity of composites can significantly improved by adding PTFE; the interface between Ni and Al will be increase after adding PTFE, because the PTFE can Blocking Ni powder together. Then , the reaction degree between Al and Ni will be increase, so the number of Al3Ni intermetallic compound will be increase.
