    摘要:

    通過(guò)微波燒結(jié)法制備TiC/TC4 復(fù)合材料,研究不同質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)增強(qiáng)相TiC(0%、5%、10/%、15%)對(duì)鈦基復(fù)合材料顯微組織和性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:TiC/TC4復(fù)合材料只有TiC和基體ɑ-Ti+β-Ti三種物相組成。隨著增強(qiáng)相TiC 含量增加,TiC/TC4復(fù)合材料相對(duì)密度、顯微硬度、室溫壓縮強(qiáng)度均提高,分別達(dá)到98.01%、661 HV、1789MPa,其相對(duì)密度與有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)中的真空燒結(jié)相比提高2%~6%,其抗壓強(qiáng)度與熔鑄法制備的鑄態(tài)鈦基復(fù)合材料相比提高5%~15%左右。隨TiC含量增加,TiC/TC4復(fù)合材料耐磨性提高,摩擦系數(shù)在0.25~0.30之間,其室溫磨損機(jī)制由磨粒磨損和粘著磨損轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)檩p微的剝層磨損。

    Abstract:

    The impacts of different mass fraction TiC (0%, 5%, 10 /%, 15%) on the microstructure and properties of titanium-based composite material by microwave sintering were studied.The results show that the TiC/TC4 composite material is only consist of TiC and matrix ɑ-Ti + β-Ti. The relative density, microhardness and compressive strength of the TiC/TC4 composite increase with the increasing of TiC content at room temperature, which reaching 98.01%, 661 HV, 1789MPa respectively, the relative density of the composite increases about 2% to 6% compared to the vacuum sintering with the referred literatures, and the compressive strength increases about 5% to 15% compared to the cast titanium matrix composites prepared by melting-casting process. Beside, the wear resistance of TiC/TC4 composite also enhances with the addition of TiC content which the friction coefficient is between 0.25 to 0.30.Therefore its wear mechanism changes from the abrasive wear and adhesive wear into a slight delamination.
