-1條件下對臨界斷裂應變的影響規(guī)律,以及Zener—Hollomon表達式,據此針對AZ31建立了臨界斷裂應變與變形溫度和應變速率間的基本模型;在此基礎上,基于鎂合金軋制邊裂的基本機理,引入Cockcroft Latham斷裂準則,建立了含有材料變性激活能和基本軋制工藝參數(shù)的AZ31鎂合金軋制邊裂預判模型;并通過相同條件下有限元模擬和熱軋實驗分別得到沿板寬方向損傷值和邊部裂紋深度,以此對所建立的邊裂預判模型進行驗證,結果顯示所建立邊裂預判模型的預測值和實測值平均誤差為11.3%。"/>
