    摘要:

    本文首先在AZ91鎂合金表面上制備出鑭鈰雙稀土轉(zhuǎn)化膜,然后利用(NH4)3PO4溶液進(jìn)行致密化處理。采用掃描電鏡(SEM)、X射線衍射儀(XRD)、高溫氧化和電化學(xué)方法對致密化之后的轉(zhuǎn)化膜形貌與性能進(jìn)行研究。應(yīng)用正交試驗(yàn)法確定的鑭鈰雙稀土轉(zhuǎn)化膜進(jìn)行致密化處理的最佳工藝參數(shù)為:處理溫度50℃、(NH4)3PO4質(zhì)量濃度5%、致密處理時(shí)間4 min。SEM結(jié)果表明致密化后的膜層裂紋明顯減少,表面致密性提高,很好的改善了基體的覆蓋度。XRD譜分析表明經(jīng)致密后的雙稀土轉(zhuǎn)化膜主要由稀土氧化物、氫氧化物、磷酸鹽和氧化鎂組成。電化學(xué)測試結(jié)果表明致密化后的膜層耐蝕性顯著提高。高溫氧化性實(shí)驗(yàn)表明致密化后的雙稀土轉(zhuǎn)化膜的高溫氧化性能優(yōu)于未經(jīng)致密化處理的雙稀土轉(zhuǎn)化膜。

    Abstract:

    The densification process of lanthanum and cerium conversion film on AZ91 magnesium alloy was achieved by ammonium phosphate, and the orthogonal expemenrit was used to optimize the densification process. The properties of the film were investigated by scanning electronic microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and electrochemical methods. The results reveal that the treatment temperature was 50 ℃, (NH4)3PO4 mass concentration was 5%, densification of time was 4 min under the optimal treatment techniques. The SEM results show that after the densification of the rare earth conversion film, cracks in the films decreased significantly, and the denseness of the conversion coatings was improved. Results of XRD analysis indicated that the dual rare-earth conversion film with densification process are composed of rare earth oxides and hydrated hydroxides and phosphates and magnesium oxide . The electrochemical results show that the corrosion resistance of the conversion film is strengthened. High temperature oxidation test show that Lanthanum and Cerium conversion film with densification process is better than the film without densification process.
