40Ni40Cu20非晶基復(fù)合材料板狀試樣,通過壓力試驗(yàn)機(jī)對試樣進(jìn)行不同程度的預(yù)壓縮,然后在150℃、30min下退火,研究了預(yù)變形退火工藝對合金微觀組織和力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:奧氏體相在外力作用下發(fā)生馬氏體相變,形變誘導(dǎo)相變加之退火釋放殘余熱應(yīng)力從而對非晶基體起到增強(qiáng)增韌的作用。隨著預(yù)變形程度的增加,馬氏體相和奧氏體相均增加,而馬氏體相增加的更快,復(fù)合材料的屈服強(qiáng)度提高,塑性減小, 塑形階段預(yù)變形能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)屈服強(qiáng)度可控;"/>
