    摘要:

    設(shè)計了6種Ti-6Al-4V人工骨支架,利用SLM(選擇性激光熔化)進行制備。采用萬能材料實驗機結(jié)合高速攝像機分析支架的壓縮過程,并利用Ansys進行分析。結(jié)果表明:支架的立柱直徑對支架的力學(xué)性能參數(shù)影響較大,橫梁直徑對其影響較??;在相同高度下,支架橫梁直徑增大、層數(shù)增多或立柱直徑增大,均使結(jié)構(gòu)長徑比減小,使結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)固且支架承載能力提高;支架的力學(xué)性能應(yīng)與周圍骨組織相匹配,經(jīng)過分析,3種結(jié)構(gòu)的支架力學(xué)性能參數(shù)與人體股骨相近,故可作為股骨的人工骨支架。

    Abstract:

    Six kinds of Ti-6Al-4V artificial bone scaffold were designed and built with SLM (Selective Laser Melting) technology. Universal material testing machine and high-speed camera were used to analyze the compression process of scaffolds, and ANSYS was used to analyze the stress of scaffold. The results showed that the vertical column diameter had a great influence on the mechanical property parameters of scaffolds but the beam diameter had little influence on them, under the same height, the increasing of beam diameter and layer or support column diameter, which result in structure length-diameter ratio decrease, so that structure firm and load-carrying capacity were improved and the mechanical property should match the surrounding bone tissue. Through the analysis, mechanical property parameters of three kinds of scaffolds were close to human femur, so they can be used as the artificial bone scaffolds of femur.
