    摘要:

    針對(duì)油膜軸承巴氏合金SnSb11Cu6工作過(guò)程中發(fā)生的蠕變，設(shè)計(jì)了SnSb11Cu6蠕變?cè)囼?yàn)方法并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了蠕變?cè)囼?yàn)，分析了應(yīng)力、溫度、時(shí)間、應(yīng)變和應(yīng)變率之間的關(guān)系，獲得了SnSb11Cu6的蠕變力學(xué)性能，同時(shí)基于試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)4種蠕變模型進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析，建立了基于McVetty公式和Dorn公式的SnSb11Cu6蠕變模型，其相對(duì)誤差僅為0.97%，應(yīng)用ANSYS對(duì)蠕變?cè)嚰M(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬，在穩(wěn)態(tài)蠕變階段模擬值與理論計(jì)算值的相對(duì)誤差僅為0.77%。確定了所建立的蠕變模型用于描述SnSb11Cu6蠕變特征具有較高的精度，可為油膜軸承巴氏合金SnSb11Cu6蠕變壽命的預(yù)測(cè)提供理論與試驗(yàn)支持

    Abstract:

    According to the creep deformation of Babbitt SnSb11Cu6 of oil-film bearing in operation, a creep test method of SnSb11Cu6 was designed and the creep test of SnSb11Cu6 was carried out. The relationships of stress temperature, time, strain and strain rate were analyzed, and then the creep mechanical properties of SnSb11Cu6 were obtained. Meanwhile, four kinds of creep models were compared based on the experimental data. A creep model of SnSb11Cu6 was established based on McVetty formula and Dorn formula, whose relative error is only 0.97%. The creep specimen was simulated by ANSYS, and the relative error between the simulation value and the calculated value of SnSb11Cu6 creep model in the steady state creep stage is only 0.77%. It is concluded that the creep model of SnSb11Cu6 has high accuracy on describing its creep characteristics and can provide theoretical and experimental supports for life prediction of Babbitt SnSb11Cu6 of oil-film bearing bushing
