    摘要:

    采用霧化法制備Ag-Sn-In合金粉末,通過討論工藝參數(shù)(燒結(jié)溫度、燒結(jié)保溫時間、壓坯壓力)對AgSnO2電觸頭材料性能的影響,確定合理實驗參數(shù):壓坯壓力為200MPa,燒結(jié)溫度為950℃,燒結(jié)保溫時間為10h。對比純氧氛圍下燒結(jié)和傳統(tǒng)燒結(jié)工藝的材料性能和顯微組織,發(fā)現(xiàn)純氧氛圍下更有利于高溫?zé)Y(jié),提高了燒結(jié)效率,改善燒結(jié)坯的燒結(jié)組織,提高了材料性能。

    Abstract:

    Ag-Sn-In alloy powders were prepared by atomization. By investigating the effect of the process parameters (sintering temperature , sintering time , compacting pressure ),we confirm the optimal sintering temperature , sintering time and compacting pressure is 950℃ for 10h and 200MPa. By the comparative study on properties and micro-structures of AgSnO2 electric contact materials prepared by the pure oxygen atmosphere sintering process and the traditional sintering process, The results indicate that a pure oxygen atmosphere is conducive to the high temperature sintering, which improves the efficiency of the sintering and eventually improves the micro-structure and performance of AgSnO2 electric contact materials.
