    摘要:

    以分散聚合法制備的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)微球作為犧牲模板,通過六水硝酸鈰的前驅(qū)體溶液均相沉淀和自組裝制備了二氧化鈰(CeO2) /PMMA復(fù)合微球,高溫煅燒處理后得到CeO2空心微球,將其與丁基橡膠復(fù)合制備成低頻高阻尼復(fù)合材料。采用傅里葉轉(zhuǎn)換紅外分析(FTIR),掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM),透射電子顯微鏡(TEM),熱重分析儀(TG),X射線衍射(XRD)和X射線光電子能譜(XPS)對(duì)CeO2空心球的形貌與結(jié)構(gòu)組成進(jìn)行表征。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,CeO2空心球由立方螢石結(jié)構(gòu)的顆粒組成,粒徑約為0.9 μm,殼層厚度約40 nm。將CeO2空心微球作為填料加入橡膠中制備CeO2/橡膠復(fù)合材料;與純丁基橡膠相比,復(fù)合橡膠材料在不同頻率(0~180 Hz)下的低頻阻尼性能得到明顯提高。

    Abstract:

    With polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) prepared by dispersion polymerization as sacrifice template, CeO2/PMMA composite microspheres were prepared by inorganic precursor homogeneous precipitation and self-assembly. The CeO2 hollow nanospheres were obtained after the polymer sphere template was removed through calcination at a suitable temperature. Scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectrum, X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetry were employed to characterize the structure and morphology of the CeO2 hollow nanospheres. The results reveal that the face-centered cubic-phase CeO2 hollow nanospheres with a diameter of about 0.9 μm as well as the thin shell thickness about 40 nm are prepared. It indicates that adding CeO2 hollow nanospheres in butyl rubber as packing materials can obviously improve its low frequency damping capacity in different frequency (0~180 Hz).
