    摘要:

    采用無壓浸滲法制備出了體積分?jǐn)?shù)為55%~70%的SiCp/Al復(fù)合材料,并對其反應(yīng)機理、組織形貌以及熱物理性能進(jìn)行了研究。XRD及熱力學(xué)分析表明:復(fù)合材料在制備的過程中最可能發(fā)生的界面反應(yīng)為SiO2(s)+Al(l)+MgO(s)→MgAl2O4(s)+Si(s),提高Si元素的活度可以有效抑制有害界面產(chǎn)物Al4C3的生成;金相顯微分析表明:復(fù)合材料組織均勻,結(jié)構(gòu)致密,在復(fù)合材料制備過程中易產(chǎn)生浸滲缺陷;熱物理研究表明:浸滲缺陷較少,結(jié)構(gòu)致密的復(fù)合材料其最佳熱導(dǎo) (TC) 和熱膨脹系數(shù) (CTE) 分別為170.2 W/(m·K)和6.64×10-6 K-1。

    Abstract:

    SiCp/Al composites of 55%~70% (volume fraction) were prepared by pressureless infiltration to investigate the reaction mechanism, morphology and the thermo-physical properties of the prepared composites. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and thermodynamic analyses show that the main interface reaction may be SiO2(s)+Al(l)+MgO(s)→MgAl2O4(s)+Si(s) in the preparation process of the composites. The enhancing of Si activity can obviously suppresses the formation of harmful interface reaction product Al4C3. Metallographic observation shows that the microstructures of the composites are homogenous and dense, infiltration defects are liable to occur in the preparation process. The thermo-physical tests show that the best thermal conductivity (TC) and the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) for the prepared SiCp/Al composites with less infiltration defects and dense structure are 170.2 W/(m·K) and 6.64×10-6 K-1, respectively.
