    摘要:

    將激光金屬直接成形技術(shù)應(yīng)用于個(gè)性化鈦合金假體的制造,能根據(jù)假體的三維模型直接制造出相應(yīng)的零件,具有制造過程周期短和加工出的個(gè)性化假體力學(xué)性能好的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。通過研究激光金屬直接成形的曲率效應(yīng)和傾斜角度對幾何精度的影響,為激光金屬直接成形的工藝模型設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則提供參考,使假體成形件有較高的精度。制造出的個(gè)性化假體的力學(xué)性能和化學(xué)成分經(jīng)過檢測,均符合假體的相關(guān)國家和醫(yī)藥行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),有兩例個(gè)性化鈦合金假體已經(jīng)成功應(yīng)用于臨床并取得良好的效果。

    Abstract:

    By applying laser metal direct forming technology into the manufacturing of the customized titanium implants, titanium implants can be directly formed according to their CAD model. This method has the advantage of short manufacturing cycle. Additionally, the customized titanium implants manufactured in this method have good mechanical properties. The influences of curvature effect and inclination angle on the geometric precision of laser metal direct forming parts were studied for the establishment of the model design criteria. Therefore,the formed titanium implant manufactured could achieve high precision. Both mechanical properties and chemical composition of the manufactured customized titanium implants comply with relevant national and pharmaceutical industry standard. Two cases of customized titanium implants manufactured by laser metal direct forming have been successfully used in clinical and have achieved good results.
