    摘要:

    在簡(jiǎn)述了平板件電磁成形原理的基礎(chǔ)上,從以下4個(gè)方面綜述了此技術(shù)的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究進(jìn)展:成形線圈設(shè)計(jì)方面,列舉了平板線圈,勻壓力線圈,并列線圈以及工藝校形線圈的使用;磁場(chǎng)力計(jì)算方面,講述了解析法和有限元法的應(yīng)用;試驗(yàn)研究方面,闡述了電磁成形板材成形性能研究、電磁輔助成形研究的進(jìn)展;數(shù)值模擬方面,敘述了各種數(shù)值模擬方法以及有限元軟件的應(yīng)用。最后,指出了平板件電磁成形技術(shù)推廣過(guò)程中所需攻克的技術(shù)難題

    Abstract:

    On the basis of brief introduction of electromagnetic flat sheet forming principle, the research progress of this technique at home and abroad is summarized in the following four aspects. In tool coils designing, the flat coil, uniform pressure coil, alongside double coil and the electromagnetic sizing coil are listed; in magnetic force calculation, the analytical method and the finite element method are narrated; in experimental research, the research for forming property of sheet and the study of electromagnetically assisted forming are stated; in the application of numerical simulation technique, the application of numerical simulation method and finite element software are related. At last, some technical challenges that should be overcome for popularizing the electromagnetic flat sheet forming technique are presented
