    本試驗(yàn)采用電場(chǎng)激活擴(kuò)散連接技術(shù)(FADB)實(shí)現(xiàn)了Ti/Ni的擴(kuò)散連接。研究了Ti/Ni兩種材料發(fā)生界面擴(kuò)散反應(yīng)時(shí)新相的生成規(guī)律及其對(duì)連接強(qiáng)度的影響。利用掃描電子顯微鏡及能譜儀觀察和分析了擴(kuò)散層的顯微組織、相組成和界面元素分布。采用萬(wàn)能試驗(yàn)機(jī)對(duì)擴(kuò)散層的抗剪切性能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試。研究結(jié)果表明,在電場(chǎng)作用下,Ti與Ni通過(guò)固相擴(kuò)散形成了良好的冶金結(jié)合界面,界面處金屬間化合物的生成次序依次為Ni3Ti、NiTi2、NiTi。當(dāng)擴(kuò)散溫度≥750 ℃時(shí),Ti表現(xiàn)出超塑性和良好的擴(kuò)散性,促使擴(kuò)散層中的Ni3Ti轉(zhuǎn)變成富鈦層,該富鈦層的形成有利于接頭強(qiáng)度的提高。界面的剪切強(qiáng)度隨著電流的增大而增大,當(dāng)電流為930~1200 A時(shí),界面的剪切強(qiáng)度可達(dá)90.54 MPa

    Abstract:

    The diffusion bonding between Ti/Ni was carried out by Field Activated Diffusion Bonding process (FADB). The formation of new phase during interfacial diffusion reaction between Ti/Ni and its effect on bonding strength were studied. The microstructure, phase component and element distribution across interfaces were observed and determined by SEM and EDS. The shearing properties of bonded interface were evaluated by a universal testing machine. The results indicate that complete metallurgical bonding between Ti/Ni has been reached, which is composed of intermetallics of Ni3Ti, NiTi2 and NiTi in order. When the diffusion bonding temperature is as high as 750 oC, Ti shows good performance of superplasticity and high diffusivity, which promotes Ni3Ti to transform into Ti-rich layer during diffusion bonding. The formation of Ti-rich layer improves the shearing strength of interface. The shearing strength of the Ti/Ni interface increases with increase of current, and when the current is 930~1200 A, it reaches 90.54 MPa
