    摘要:

    采用還原法合成了2種形貌的Cu2O納米晶樣品,尺寸均約700 nm。通過(guò)X射線衍射譜(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、X射線能量色散光譜(EDX)和表面光電壓譜(SPS)手段進(jìn)行表征。以聚乙烯乙二醇為模板的樣品在空氣中氧化,而另外一種以葡萄糖為模板的樣品在空氣中卻很穩(wěn)定。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明Cu2O納米晶的形貌明顯影響其穩(wěn)定性。通過(guò)表面光電壓信號(hào)對(duì)比分析了這2種樣品氧化的原因

    Abstract:

    We have synthesized two types of Cu2O samples with size about 700 nm by a facile reduction route. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) and surface photovoltage spectroscopy (SPS). It is noteworthy that one sample prepared using polyethylene glycol (PEG) as template is oxidized in air, but the other one prepared using glucose as template is stable in air. The testing results demonstrate that the difference of nanosized Cu2O morphology greatly affects its stability. In addition, we analyzed the effect of surface oxidation on the SPV signal of the two samples
