Li和LiAl隨時(shí)效溫度及時(shí)間的變化的規(guī)律。在相同的時(shí)效溫度下L12 結(jié)構(gòu)的Al3Li相中反位缺陷AlLi和LiAl隨時(shí)效時(shí)間的進(jìn)行逐漸減小,且在富Al環(huán)境下AlLi反位缺陷的濃度高于LiAl,在Al3Li相中以AlLi為主,同時(shí)存在少量的LiAl。當(dāng)時(shí)效溫度發(fā)生變化時(shí),時(shí)效溫度越高,在Al3Li相穩(wěn)定形核后LiAl、AILi反位缺陷的濃度越高,在達(dá)到平衡濃度前也具有這個(gè)特點(diǎn),但是規(guī)律性并不顯著。"/>
