    摘要:

    為獲得具有高催化活性的多元摻雜納米多孔Pd,將Pd20Ni60P20金屬玻璃作為預合金,在H2SO4+H3PO4混合酸溶液中以不同過電位進行電化學脫合金處理,制得Ni和P共摻的Pd基多元納米多孔金屬。該多孔金屬的成分和孔徑均可通過過電位進行調(diào)節(jié)。與市售碳負載的納米Pd催化劑相比,臨界電位下脫合金獲得的Pd基納米多孔金屬在對甲酸的催化中表現(xiàn)出了更高的催化活性。

    Abstract:

    Pd-based multicomponent nanoporous metals were fabricated by electrochemically dealloying Pd20Ni60P20 metallic glass in an acid solution. The compositions and the pore size of the nanoporous metals were controlled by tuning the dealloying overpotential. The Pd-based nanoporous metal dealloyed at the critical potential presents superior electrocatalytic performances in formic acid electro-oxidation in comparison with the commercial Pd/C catalyst.
