    摘要:

    本文通過彎曲試驗(yàn)研究了雙相Ni58Mn25Ga16.9Gd0.1合金的形狀記憶效應(yīng)和回復(fù)率。結(jié)果表明,該合金具有優(yōu)異的形狀回復(fù)能力。在預(yù)變形4.6%加熱后,可以得到86%的形狀回復(fù)率,高于已報(bào)道的雙相Ni-Mn-Ga合金。這是因?yàn)镚d摻雜提高了γ 相的臨界滑移應(yīng)力,使γ 相不易發(fā)生變形。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, the shape memory effect and recovery ratio of dual-phase Ni58Mn25Ga16.9Gd0.1 alloy were investigated by bend test. The results showed that this alloy exhibited goodSshape recovery capability. The recovery ratio of 86% was observed with bend pre-strain of 4.6% after heating, which was larger than that of other reported dual-phase Ni-Mn-Ga alloys. This characteristic was attributed to the critical slip stress increasing of γ phase by small amount of Gd addition, causing the ability improvement of γ phase to resist irreversible deformation.
