    摘要:

    以自動毛坯纏繞工藝為支撐,基于實際制備材料、構(gòu)件工藝參數(shù),建立了空間彎曲螺旋線參數(shù)化方程、金屬橡膠及毛坯的細(xì)觀結(jié)構(gòu)數(shù)值模型。通過數(shù)值模型,預(yù)測了構(gòu)件的成形壓力、模具摩擦力、模具應(yīng)力、構(gòu)件成形尺寸、回彈量、固相體積分?jǐn)?shù)、接觸點數(shù)、材料細(xì)觀結(jié)構(gòu)和組織分布等特性,預(yù)測結(jié)果與實驗結(jié)果吻合良好。數(shù)值模型具有明確的物理意義和良好的可靠性,對于金屬橡膠的制備具有較強(qiáng)的指導(dǎo)作用,為金屬橡膠的細(xì)觀尺度研究提供了途徑。

    Abstract:

    Space winding helix parametric equation, metal rubber and its blank meso structure numerical model were established with real raw material and process parameters of product based on automatic blank twine technology. Forming force, mould friction force, mould stress, product size, springback value, solid phase volume fraction, contact point number, material meso structure and tissue distribution were predicted by numerical model. Forecast results are coincident to experiment. Numerical model is physically significant and reliable definitely. The model is directive for manufacture of metal rubber and makes it possible to research metal rubber in meso scale.
