    摘要:

    鎂合金AZ31B和純鈦TA2通過爆炸焊接成功的方法成功實(shí)現(xiàn)了連接。采用光學(xué)顯微鏡(OM)、掃描電鏡(SEM)、以及電子能譜(EDS)等測試手段對結(jié)合界面的微區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)、元素分布進(jìn)行了分析。研究了在不同溫度熱處理后AZ31B和TA2界面之間元素的擴(kuò)散情況。同時結(jié)合顯微硬度實(shí)驗、沖擊試驗、拉伸試驗研究了復(fù)合板的力學(xué)性能。并對復(fù)合板的結(jié)合機(jī)制進(jìn)行了一定的探討。研究結(jié)果表明:平直和波浪狀結(jié)合形貌并存于結(jié)合界面。在熱處理溫度為450?C和490?C、保溫時間為4h和8h時,界面元素擴(kuò)散明顯。由于兩側(cè)金屬發(fā)生塑性變形導(dǎo)致界面硬度升高。復(fù)合板的各種力學(xué)性能均較基板AZ31B鎂合金得到了一定程度的提高。

    Abstract:

    Magnesium alloys AZ31B plates and pure titanium TA2 plates were bonded successfully through explosive welding. The microstructure and composition of the interface were examined by means of optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscope (EDS). To explore the process of element diffusion between AZ31B and TA2, the composite plates were annealed at different temperature. Furthermore, the mechanical behavior of the composite plates was evaluated. The results show that straight and wavy interface coexisted on the bonding area. The degree of the element diffusion became obvious when heating at 450?C and 490?C for 4h and 8h. The hardness of AZ31B and TA2 was increased significantly due to the plastic deformation and the strain hardening. The mechanical properties of the composite plates were found significantly improved compared to that of base plate AZ31B.
