    摘要:

    該論文主要研究在石墨型中不同立式離心力場(chǎng)下離心力及鑄件模數(shù)對(duì)Ti-6Al-4V合金組織及性能的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中鑄型的旋轉(zhuǎn)速度主要考慮了三種情況:0, 110及 210 rpm。結(jié)果表明:晶粒尺寸及片層厚度隨鑄件模數(shù)的減小和離心力的增加而減小,拉伸強(qiáng)度隨鑄件模數(shù)減小和離心力增加而明顯增加,但鑄件延伸率呈現(xiàn)相反的變化趨勢(shì)。文中給出了重力系數(shù)、鑄件模數(shù)與Ti-6Al-4V合金組織和力學(xué)性能之間的定量關(guān)系。作為與重力場(chǎng)下石墨型中Ti-6Al-4V合金鑄件對(duì)比分析,研究了金屬型中Ti-6Al-4V合金階梯鑄件組織的變化情況,研究發(fā)現(xiàn):兩種鑄型中澆鑄的合金鑄件晶粒尺寸、片層厚度隨冷卻速度的變化趨勢(shì)基本一致,結(jié)合兩組實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),給出了重力場(chǎng)下Ti-6Al-4V合金鑄件組織隨冷卻速度變化的定量關(guān)系。

    Abstract:

    The present investigation mainly focuses on effects of centrifugal forces and casting modulus on structures and mechanical properties of Ti-6Al-4V alloy formed under different vertical centrifugal casting conditions in graphite molds. Mold rotating rates of 0, 110 and 210 rpm are considered with experimental method. Results show that, grain size and lamellar thickness decrease with the decreasing of modulus or increasing of centrifugal force, and tensile strengths are considerably enhanced with the decreasing of modulus or increasing of centrifugal force, but the elongation shows the opposite changing trend. The quantitative relationships among gravity coefficient, casting modulus and structures or mechanical properties of Ti-6Al-4V alloy have been obtained. As the comparison of Ti-6Al-4V alloy cast in graphite mold under gravity field, the structures of steeped casting in metal mold are also investigated. It was found that the grain size or lamellar thickness in both two molds shows the same changing trend with the cooling rate, and the quantitative relationships between structures and cooling rates have been obtained.
