    摘要:

    利用HVOF制備了WC-12Co涂層,噴涂原始粉末為微納米復(fù)合粉,涂層的厚度分別為0.5mm、1mm、2mm、3mm、4mm。采用掃描電鏡(SEM)、X射線衍射(XRD)儀分析了涂層的顯微結(jié)構(gòu)和相組成,并對(duì)涂層的孔隙率進(jìn)行了測(cè)量。結(jié)果表明,厚度對(duì)涂層的表面形貌與表面粗糙度無(wú)明顯的影響,但對(duì)截面顯微結(jié)構(gòu)有較大影響,厚度小于1mm的涂層沿厚度方向顯微結(jié)構(gòu)無(wú)變化明顯,而厚度大于1mm的涂層中部組織比較致密,孔隙率小,而涂層與基體結(jié)合區(qū)域及近表面區(qū)域組織較為疏松。所有涂層均出現(xiàn)了分解與脫碳,涂層越厚分解越嚴(yán)重,出現(xiàn)的W2C和Co3W3C相越多。

    Abstract:

    WC-12Co coatings were sprayed by HVOF with a composite mixture of microstructure and nanostructure powder. The thickness of the coatings are 0.5mm, 1mm, 2mm, 3mm and 4mm respectively.SEM and XRD were used to analyse the microstructure and phase composition of the coatings. Porosity of the coatings was also tested. Results show that thickness has little influence on surface microstrucure and roughness of the coating, on the contrary, thickness has great influence on section microstrucure. For coating which is thicker than 1mm, microstructure of the middle part of the coating is denser than the interfacial and the upper area, however, microstructure changes litte along the deposition direction for coating which is thinner than 1mm. There are few W2C and Co3W3C phase in the coating for thermal decomposition of WC, furthermore, more and more decompostion occurs with the increase of the coating thickness.
