    摘要:

    采用冷噴涂技術(shù)沉積Ti-80Al(wt.%)復(fù)合涂層,通過熱處理獲得了原位自生TiAl3金屬間化合物顆粒增強(qiáng)Al基復(fù)合材料涂層。采用SEM、EDS和XRD等分析了冷噴涂Ti/Al復(fù)合涂層在不同熱處理溫度下的組織結(jié)構(gòu)演變規(guī)律及Ti、Al粒子間原位擴(kuò)散反應(yīng)過程,并對(duì)TiAl3金屬間化合物的形成機(jī)理進(jìn)行了探討。結(jié)果表明,冷噴涂Ti/Al復(fù)合涂層組織致密,其相結(jié)構(gòu)與噴涂粉末完全相同,450℃熱處理后涂層局部區(qū)域發(fā)生Ti、Al間的固態(tài)擴(kuò)散反應(yīng),并在Ti、Al粒子界面原位形成TiAl3金屬間化合物,隨著熱處理溫度升高,TiAl3金屬間化合物的含量顯著增加,600℃熱處理后,Ti/Al復(fù)合涂層中的Ti粒子全部轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)門iAl3金屬間化合物,獲得原位自生TiAl3顆粒增強(qiáng)的Al基復(fù)合材料.

    Abstract:

    The Ti-80Al (wt. %) composite was deposited by cold spraying of Ti/Al mixture powder and a Al matrix composite reinforced with in-situ TiAl3 intertermtallic particles was prepared through annealing treatment of the above-mentioned cold-sprayed Ti/Al deposit. The microstructural evolution of TiAl3/Al composite during annealing treatment were investigated by Scan electrom microscopy (SEM), Engergy disperse spectroscopy (EDS) and X-ray diffraction instrumentor. The solid diffusion reaction between Ti particles and Al particles in the annealed Ti/Al deposit was studied and the in-situ formation mechanism of TiAl3 intermetallics was investigated. Results found that the as-sprayed Ti/Al deposit exhibited dense microstucture and had the same phase constitutes with that of the feedsock powder. The solid diffusion reaction between Ti particles and Al particles occurred in the local area of Ti/Al deposit when annealed at a temperature of 450oC and consenquently formed in-situ TiAl3 intermetallics. With increasing annealing temperature, content of TiAl3 intermetallics continuously increased. After annealing at 600oC, all Ti particles in the Ti/Al deposit had completely transformed into TiAl3 intermetallics, as a result, the Al matrix composite reinforced with in-situ TiAl3 intermetallics partices was prepared.
