    通過固相反應(yīng)法、甘氨酸-硝酸鹽燃燒法和聚丙烯酰胺溶膠凝膠法合成了La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.8Mg0.2O2.85(LSGM)粉體,并與二元碳酸鹽復(fù)合,制備了低溫下具有較高離子電導(dǎo)率和良好穩(wěn)定性的新型LSGM-(Li/Na)2CO3復(fù)合電解質(zhì)。結(jié)果表明,LSGM-碳酸鹽復(fù)合電解質(zhì)具有電導(dǎo)躍遷溫度,且電導(dǎo)率得到明顯的增強(qiáng),600℃和450℃時(shí)分別達(dá)到0.122Scm-1和0.08Scm-1。以LSGM-碳酸鹽復(fù)合物為電解質(zhì)的單電池表現(xiàn)了良好的性能,600℃和500℃時(shí)最高輸出功率密度可達(dá)617mWcm-2和311mWcm-2,電池輸出功率和OCV受LSGM形貌、尺寸和碳酸鹽含量的影響,20wt%碳酸鹽含量的復(fù)合電解質(zhì)電池性能最佳。

    Abstract:

    La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.8Mg0.2O2.85(LSGM) powders were synthesized by solid state reaction, glycine-nitrate process and acrylamide polymerization, respectively. Novel composite electrolytes were obtained by mixing LSGM powders with binary carbonates. The conductivity behavior of LSGM-carbonate composite electrolytes has a transition temperature. The conductivities of the composites are much higher than that of pure LSGM, reaching 0.122Scm-1 at 600℃ and 0.08Scm-1 at 450℃,The maximum power densities reach 617mWcm-2 at 600℃ and 311mWcm-2 at 450℃ for SOFC with LSGM-carbonate composite electrolytes. The output performance and OCV is influenced by LSGM morphology,size and carbonate content. and the composite electrolyte with 20 wt % carbonate show the best performance.
