    摘 要:為提高A356鋁合金細(xì)化變質(zhì)效果、降低成本,對(duì)其進(jìn)行熔體混合細(xì)化變質(zhì)處理,并與常規(guī)細(xì)化變質(zhì)處理進(jìn)行對(duì)比,結(jié)果表明,熔體混合細(xì)化變質(zhì)處理具有更佳的細(xì)化變質(zhì)效果,熔體互混過程中能充分地進(jìn)行粒子和能量交換,第二相粒子自發(fā)地從化學(xué)勢(shì)高的相進(jìn)入化學(xué)勢(shì)低的相,降低系統(tǒng)總的自由能,使系統(tǒng)趨于達(dá)到平衡,由于改變第二相粒子在液相中濃度,使第二相粒子平衡分配系數(shù)K0改變,結(jié)晶析出行為改變,降低了第二相粒子的富集偏析,明顯改善細(xì)化變質(zhì)效果。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: In order to improve the refining and modification effect of A356 aluminum alloy, reduce the cost, carry melt mixing refining and modification on A356 aluminum alloy, and compared with traditional technique. The experimental results showed that the melt mixing refining and modification treatment has a better effect. In the process of the mutually melt mixing can fully for particles and energy exchange, the second phase particles spontaneously from higher chemical potential phase into the lower chemical potential phase,reduce the total free energy of system, make the system to achieve balance. Due to the change of the solute in the liquid phase concentration, change the equilibrium of the solute distribution coefficient K0, change its crystallization precipitation, reduce the enrichment of segregation of second phase particles, and significantly improve the refining and modification effect.
