    摘要:

    在硅酸鹽體系中加入Al2O3膠體對(duì)AZ91D鎂合金進(jìn)行微弧氧化,研究了Al2O3膠體的加入時(shí)間和加入量對(duì)陶瓷層組成、結(jié)構(gòu)以及耐蝕性的影響。結(jié)果表明,約在硅酸鹽體系微弧氧化6min(總氧化時(shí)間10min)時(shí)加入Al2O3膠體生成的復(fù)合陶瓷層耐蝕性最好;隨Al2O3膠體用量的增加陶瓷層的腐蝕速度明顯減小,當(dāng)過量加入對(duì)陶瓷層的腐蝕性能提高不明顯。

    Abstract:

    Ceramic coating was fabricated on AZ91D magnesium alloys by micro-arc oxidation in silicate system which was added Al2O3 colloid, influences of adding time and amount on chemical composition, microstructure and corrosion resistance of the MAO ceramic coatings were studied. The results showed that the ceramic coating which was formed by adding Al2O3 colloid at about 6min (the total oxidation time was 10min) performed the best corrosion resistance; and the corrosion rate was reduced evidently with the increase of Al2O3 colloid dosage, however, the performance of corrosion resistance was hardly influenced when used excessive dosage
