    采用超聲波金屬焊接技術(shù)對2A12-T3和2A11-O鋁合金進(jìn)行了焊接,然后對焊層進(jìn)行了超聲深滾處理。通過掃描電鏡、電子背散射衍射和透射電鏡分析了超聲深滾處理前后超聲波焊層的宏觀形貌和微觀組織。掃描電鏡和透射電鏡分析表明,超聲深滾處理能夠有效去除超聲波焊層表面的焊接壓痕,降低表面粗糙度,使焊接界面的組織更加均勻。電子背散射衍射分析表明,超聲深滾處理后焊層組織發(fā)生再結(jié)晶,形成再結(jié)晶織構(gòu)和形變誘導(dǎo)晶粒長大,有助于消除焊接界面的焊接殘余應(yīng)力。因此,超聲深滾處理有助于改善鋁合金超聲波焊層的組織和性能。

    Abstract:

    2A12-T3 and 2A11-O aluminum alloy were welded by ultrasonic welding (USW), and then ultrasonic deep rolling (UDR) treating was performed on the welded layer. Macromorphology and microstructure of the USW layers before and after UDR were investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM), electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). Results show that UDR can eliminate the surface welded indents, decrease surface roughness and make microstructure more homogenous at the welded interface. Recrystallization occurs in the USW layer after UDR to form recrystallization texture and strain-induced grain growth, which could reduce welding residual stress at the welded interface. Therefore, UDR is favorable to improve microstructure and properties of the USW layer.
