    摘要:

    采用Gleeble3800熱模擬試驗(yàn)機(jī),利用光學(xué)顯微鏡(Optical microscope, OM)、背散射電子衍射(Electron backscatter diffraction, EBSD)等手段,對不同應(yīng)變速率條件下617 B鎳基高溫合金組織演變行為進(jìn)行了研究,結(jié)果表明:對于617B合金,當(dāng)應(yīng)變速率≤1 s-1時(shí),變形溫升可忽略不計(jì);當(dāng)應(yīng)變速率≥10 s-1時(shí),溫升明顯;相同變形溫度條件下,隨著應(yīng)變速率的增加,合金發(fā)生動態(tài)再結(jié)晶的峰值應(yīng)變呈增加趨勢;在應(yīng)變速率0.1~20 s-1范圍內(nèi),動態(tài)再結(jié)晶晶粒尺寸隨著應(yīng)變速率的提高呈現(xiàn)先減小再增大的變化趨勢。

    Abstract:

    The microstructural evolution of 617B Ni-base superalloy at different strain rates were studied by Gleeble3800 thermal simulation testing machine, optical microscope and electron backscatter diffraction. The results show that for the 617B alloy, when the strain rate≤1 s-1, the deformation temperature rise is negligible. When the strain rate≥10 s-1, the temperature rise is significant. As the strain rate increases, the peak strain of dynamic recrystallization tends to increase when in the same deformation temperature condition. In the range of strain rate of 0.1~20 s-1, the dynamic recrystallized grain size trend at first decreases and then increases as the strain rate increases.
