    以三維網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的科琴黑(KB)為模板和導(dǎo)電骨架,采用濕浸漬法合成了六方結(jié)構(gòu)的LiMnBO3/C復(fù)合材料。用X-射線衍射、掃描電鏡和氮吸附等測試技術(shù)分別對樣品的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)、形貌和比表面積進(jìn)行了表征。用恒流充放電和循環(huán)伏安對復(fù)合材料的電化學(xué)性能進(jìn)行了表征。當(dāng)LiMnBO3/C復(fù)合材料以C/20倍率進(jìn)行鋰離子脫嵌性能測試時(shí),30周循環(huán)后放電容量保持率為87.4%,表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)良的循環(huán)穩(wěn)定性。當(dāng)電流從C/20、C/10增至C/5時(shí),復(fù)合材料的首次放電比容量依次為138.8、124.5和100.5mA h g-1,表明復(fù)合材料具有良好的倍率性能。

    Abstract:

    Hexagonal-LiMnBO3/C composite was prepared by the wet impregnating method using the 3D-network ketchen black (KB) as both temple and conductive framework. The crystal structure, morphology and specific surface area were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and nitrogen sorption measurements, respectively. The electrochemical properties of the composite were studied by galvanostatic charge/discharge and cyclic voltammetry measurements. When tested at C/20 rate for Li ion insertion/extraction properties, LiMnBO3/C composite exhibits good cycle capability with discharge capacity retention of 87.4% at the 30th cycle. As the current rate increases from C/20, C/10 to C/5, good rate capability was obtained for all rates with initial discharge specific capacities of 138.8, 124.5 and 100.5 mA h g-1, respectively.
