    摘要:

    以N-甲基吡咯烷酮分散的石墨烯代替常規(guī)的冶金炭黑作為碳源,采用短流程原位還原碳化反應(yīng)制備出納米晶WC-Co復(fù)合粉末,石墨烯作為碳源可顯著降低原位還原碳化反應(yīng)溫度,復(fù)合粉末粒徑細(xì)小且分布均勻。采用放電等離子燒結(jié)系統(tǒng)對(duì)復(fù)合粉末進(jìn)行快速燒結(jié)致密化,得到平均晶粒尺寸為~290nm的超細(xì)晶硬質(zhì)合金塊體材料,具有硬度值HV30為1387.7±13.1kg/mm2,斷裂韌性KIC值為8.3±0.1MPa?m1/2的良好力學(xué)性能,通過HRTEM觀測(cè)得到試樣中WC/WC晶界、WC/Co相界、WC/C相界具有很高的匹配度。

    Abstract:

    In the present work,normal carbon source black carbon was substituted by graphene which was dispersed in N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone and was used to prepare nanocrystalline WC-Co composite powders using short process in-situ reduction and carbonization reaction method. The results show that graphene as carbon source could reduce reaction temperature, and the particles diameter of WC-Co composite powders distribute slightly. Composite powders were consolidated through spark plasma sintering system and the mean grain size of WC in WC-Co cemented carbides is about 290nm. Vickers hardness and fracture toughness of the bulk was 1387.7?3.1kg/mm2 and 8.3?.1MPa?m1/2. The interfaces between WC/WC, WC/Co and WC/C were studied through HRTEM images and had grain boundaries with low misfit.
