    摘要:

    基于耦合外應(yīng)力場(chǎng)下的微觀相場(chǎng)模型,研究了Ni75Al7.5V17.5三元合金相變過(guò)程中相分解、生長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中合金成分演化及應(yīng)力作用下相間界面的定向遷移規(guī)律。研究表明:早期DO22相長(zhǎng)大所需的V來(lái)自于在L12相間有序疇界處,而后期則來(lái)自于其內(nèi)部,且早期DO22相長(zhǎng)大的速度高于后期的長(zhǎng)大速度;時(shí)效過(guò)程有5種異相間界面形成,而A類界面的遷移為相遷移的主要類型;相變初期A、B類界面較少,合金形貌變化不大,隨著相變的進(jìn)行A類界面數(shù)量增加,相的生長(zhǎng)及分解過(guò)程加劇,導(dǎo)致后期A類界面減少、B類界面增多,合金體系達(dá)到平衡狀態(tài);在壓應(yīng)力作用下,A類界面沿應(yīng)力方向遷移,促使DO22相在此方向上的生長(zhǎng),導(dǎo)致合金“筏狀”組織的形成。

    Abstract:

    Evolution of chemical composition during phase decomposition and growth and the mechanisms of the directional interface migration during exterior load for Ni75Al7.5V17.5 alloy was investigated in this study, which is based on microscopic phase-field method. The results show that V which is needed for the growth of DO22 in the early stage came form the ordering domain among L12, V came from the interior of L12 in the later stage, and the speed for DO22 in the early stage was faster than it in the later stage. They formed five types of interfaces, and A-type was the main type for interface migration. It had a few A and B type interface in the early stage, and morphology changed little. With the rise of the number for A-type interface, the growth and decomposition for phases were accelerated, the number of A-type interface reduced and the number of B-type interface increased, and alloy reached balance fainlly. A-type interface migrated along stress during compress strees so that DO22 grew along this direction, and rafting structure of alloy formed.
