    摘要:

    鈦鋼復(fù)合板因其優(yōu)異的高強(qiáng)度和耐腐蝕性能已越來越多的被應(yīng)用于動(dòng)態(tài)環(huán)境下。本文采用GLeeble-3500熱模擬試驗(yàn)機(jī)和分離式霍普金森壓桿（SHPB）裝置，對(duì)Q345-TA2鈦鋼復(fù)合板進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)和高應(yīng)變速率壓縮試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明：Q345-TA2鈦鋼復(fù)合材料具有應(yīng)變率增強(qiáng)效應(yīng)、增塑效應(yīng)、絕熱溫升軟化作用，但在準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)沖擊各自分區(qū)范圍內(nèi)，對(duì)應(yīng)變率變化不甚敏感。在考慮絕熱溫升的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)J-C本構(gòu)模型進(jìn)行修正，得到了可用于對(duì)沖擊載荷作用下進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)分析的材料本構(gòu)模型，結(jié)果較好。

    Abstract:

    Q345-TA2 titanium-steel clad plate, because of its high strength and excellent corrosion resistance , has been more and more used in dynamic environment. In this paper, Applying the GLeeble - 3500 thermal simulation testing machine and split hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) device, the quasi-static and high –strain- rate compression were carried out. The experimental results show that the Q345 - TA2 titanium-steel composite material has enhanced effect of strain rate, plasticizing effect and softening action of adiabatic temperature rise, but not very sensitive to strain rate change within the scope of the each partition of quasistatic and dynamic. Based on the considering of the adiabatic temperature rise, modifying the jaynes-cummings constitutive model, the fitting obtained can be used to analyze structure under the action of impact load of the material constitutive model, the results are good.
