    摘要:

    本文首先采用化學(xué)鍍獲得Ni-Yb2O3復(fù)合粉體,然后通過機(jī)械球磨制備了不同成分的W-(0.2、0.5、1、2)wt% Ni/Yb2O3復(fù)合粉末,最后在1600℃下燒結(jié)3h獲得了W-Ni/Yb2O3復(fù)合材料。采用場發(fā)射掃描電子顯微鏡(FE-SEM)研究分析了Ni-Yb2O3復(fù)合粉體形貌、W-Ni/Yb2O3復(fù)合材料表面形貌。測定了W-Ni/Yb2O3復(fù)合材料相對密度、顯微硬度和熱導(dǎo)率。實驗結(jié)果表明,W-Ni/Yb2O3復(fù)合材料的相對密度和顯微硬度隨著Ni-Yb2O3含量增加而增加,Ni-Yb2O3的加入促進(jìn)了鎢基材料的燒結(jié)致密化;同時,添加Ni-Yb2O3復(fù)合粉使鎢基材料的晶粒得到細(xì)化,但對鎢基材料導(dǎo)熱性起到降低的作用。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, Ni coated Yb2O3 composite powder was obtained by electroless plating. The W-Ni/Yb2O3 composite powder dispersed with different contents of Ni coated Yb2O3 composite powder was first fabricated by the mechanical alloying (MA) process, the powder was then pressed and sintered at 1600 ?C for 3 hours. Surface morphology of Ni coated Yb2O3 composite powder and the W-Ni/Yb2O3 composite material were observed by FE-SEM. Relative density, microhardness and thermal conductivity of W-Ni/Yb2O3 composite material were tested. The results show that the relative density and microhardness of W-Ni/Yb2O3 composite material enhance with the increase of Ni-Yb2O3 contents, and the addition of Ni coated Yb2O3 composite powder promotes the sintering densification of W-Ni/Yb2O3 composite material. At the same time, the addition of Ni coated Yb2O3 composite powder makes the grain size of tungsten based material refined, but reduces its thermal conductivity.
