    摘要:

    研究了以Mo為襯底在Si(100)基片上沉積SmCo7永磁薄膜的高溫磁學(xué)性能。結(jié)果表明,高溫老化處理對(duì)薄膜的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)和磁性能沒有顯著影響。根據(jù)趨近飽和定律和薄膜的高溫磁化曲線,獲得了磁晶各向異性常數(shù)K1隨溫度的變化關(guān)系。該關(guān)系說明隨著溫度的增加,SmCo晶粒的取向在一定程度上受到了破壞。此外,薄膜磁性能隨溫度的變化關(guān)系適當(dāng),可以滿足在微電子機(jī)械系統(tǒng)(MEMS)中的應(yīng)用。

    Abstract:

    High temperature magnetic properties of the SmCo7 films deposited on Si(100) substrate with Mo underlayer were investigated. The results show that the effects of high temperature aging treatment on the crystal structure and the magnetic properties of the films are not obvious. According to the law of approach to the saturation and high temperature magnetization curves of the films, the temperature dependence of magnetic anisotropy constant K1 can be obtained, which clearly suggests that the preferred orientation of SmCo crystalline will be destroyed at a certain extent by elevated temperatures. Moreover, the proper temperature dependence of magnetic properties for the films, is suitable for applications in microelectromechanical system (MEMS).
