    通過電子背散射衍射(EBSD)實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)擠壓IN690高溫合金管材的織構(gòu)進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,孿晶與母體晶粒有著<111>/60o的取向差關(guān)系,從而導(dǎo)致IN690合金擠壓變形后存在較多的60°的大角晶界。IN690合金的晶界以相干孿晶晶界(Σ3)重位點(diǎn)陣為主體。通過比較不同擠壓參數(shù)對(duì)IN690合金管材Σ3晶界比例和織構(gòu)的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)擠壓溫度在1200 ℃和擠壓比λ=5時(shí),擠壓管材的抗腐蝕能力和塑性較好

    Abstract:

    The texture of the extrusion tube of super-alloy IN690 was analyzed by electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) test. The results indicate that the orientation error between twinning and maternal grains is <111>/60° for the extrusion tube of super-alloy IN690, and it results in much 60° large grain boundary after extrusion deformation. The grain boundary of IN690 is coherent twin boundary (Σ3) coincidence site lattice. Comparing the Σ3 volume and texture in different extrusion parameters, the tube of super-alloy IN690 has excellent corrosion resistance and plasticity when the extrusion temperature is 1200 oC and extrusion ratio is 5
