    摘要:

    研究了鈦合金TC4-DT在高溫熱變形后進行的三重熱處理對微觀組織的影響。結果表明:三重熱處理工藝中第一重溫度與第二重溫度影響著合金組織的中等軸α相的含量,伴隨著第一重溫度與第二重溫度的升高,等軸α相含量逐漸減少;將高溫變形后的組織通過940℃?h譝Q 920℃?h譝Q 820℃?.5h譇C熱處理可以得到三態(tài)組織,其中約含20%等軸α、50%~60%條狀α構成的網籃和β轉變基體;且條狀α相構成的網籃中,一次次生條狀α相間還含有更細小二次次生條狀α相,這種組織具有較小的縱橫比,各α集束交錯排列,細化了組織。

    Abstract:

    In this article, it studies the effect of TC4 - DT titanium alloy''s triple heat treatment on microstructur-e after thermal deformational at high temperature. It shows that the first temperature and the second temper-ature which in the triple heat treatment influenced the amount of alpha phase in alloy microstructure, m-oreover ,with the increasing of the first temperature and the second temperature, equiaxed alpha phase w-ould gradually decease. The tri-modal structure which results from 940℃?h WQ 920℃?h WQ 820℃?.5h AC, which consists of about 20% equiaxed alpha, 50%~60% basketweave formed by striature alpha and transformed beta matrix.Further more, there are smaller secondary strip alpha among first strip alpha in the basketweave which formed by striped alpha, the microstructure has a smaller aspect ratio and the alpha staggered cluster that refined the microstructure.
