    摘要:

    采用點(diǎn)蝕法處理羥基鐵粉(hydroxy-iron, HI)制備出具有空心結(jié)構(gòu)的羥基鐵粉(h-HI),以對(duì)氨基苯甲酸(PBAB)作為活性嫁接劑,連接空心羥基鐵粉與碳納米管,制備出碳納米管包覆的空心羥基鐵粉(MWCNTs@h-HI)。使用XRD、SEM、TEM及Lakeshore 7307型振動(dòng)樣品磁強(qiáng)計(jì)對(duì)樣品進(jìn)行表征和分析。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,通過點(diǎn)蝕處理可制得空心羥基鐵粉,當(dāng)點(diǎn)蝕時(shí)間為15 min時(shí),空心羥基鐵粉產(chǎn)率最大,粒徑約為2μm的空心羥基鐵粉的壁厚范圍為200 nm,包覆層厚度約為150nm。碳納米管包覆空心羥基鐵粉的飽和磁化強(qiáng)度(Ms)為140.88 emu/g,剩磁(Mr)為1.48emu/g,矯頑力(Hc)為47.42 G。

    Abstract:

    The hydroxy-iron powder with a hollow structure(h-hydroxy-iron,h-HI)were prepared with pitting method, then hollow-HI coated with MWCNTs(MWCNTs@h-HI) were prepared by connecting h-HI and MWCNTs with PABA as the active grafting agent. XRD、SEM、TEM Lakeshore7307VSM were used to characterize the as-prepared products, Hydroxy-iron powder, hollow HI and MWCNTs@HI were also characterized as comparisons. The experimental results showed that the hydroxy-iron powder was successfully prepared and grafted with MWCNTs, the best pitting time was 15min, the wall thicknesses of h-HI particles were 200nm and the thickness of grafting layer were 150nm when the diameters of h-HI particles were about 2μm. The saturation magnetization (Ms) of MWCNTs@h-HI was 140.88emu/g, the remanence(Mr) was 1.48emu/g and the coercivity(Hc) was 47.42G.
