    摘要:

    采用W Co C(碳黑)為原料制備板狀晶硬質(zhì)合金,研究了不同形貌結(jié)構(gòu)的氧化鎢所制備的W粉末形貌結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)板狀晶硬質(zhì)合金組織、性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,不同于藍(lán)鎢制備的高溫中顆粒W粉呈類球狀或斜方十二面體結(jié)構(gòu),黃鎢制備的W粉末顆粒呈多面體等軸狀,更易于通過球磨獲取扁平化程度高的W粉末,制備出板晶化程度高,板狀晶的長(zhǎng)、徑比大,晶粒的取向性好的板狀晶硬質(zhì)合金。

    Abstract:

    The plate-like grain cemented carbides were prepared using W Co C (carbon black) as the raw materials. Effects of the morphologies of tungsten powders prepared by different raw materials on the flattening morphologies of W powders and the microstructures and properties of plate-like grain cemented carbides were researched. It showed that the morphologies of W powders prepared by blue tungsten oxides (BTO) were spherical polyhedron. However, the W powders prepared by yellow tungsten oxides (YTO) were polyhedral equiaxial, which were easier access to prepare plate-like tungsten powders by ball milling, and prepare plate-like grain WC-Co cemented carbides.
