    摘要:

    利用多弧離子鍍技術(shù)在316L不銹鋼和單晶硅上制備了均質(zhì)和梯度CrCN薄膜,通過(guò)X射線衍射儀(XRD)、掃描電鏡(SEM)、X射線光電子能譜儀(XPS)、納米壓痕儀、273A電化學(xué)工作站、Revetest劃痕測(cè)試系統(tǒng)和多功能摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)等對(duì)薄膜的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)、力學(xué)性能、耐腐蝕性能和摩擦學(xué)性能進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果表明:較之于均質(zhì)CrCN薄膜,梯度CrCN薄膜平均晶粒較小,Cr7C3(421)晶面的結(jié)晶度高,力學(xué)性能較好;在海水環(huán)境下,梯度CrCN薄膜在摩擦過(guò)程中對(duì)裂紋的萌生及擴(kuò)展有較強(qiáng)的抑制作用,能有效抵制海水滲透,表現(xiàn)出良好的耐腐蝕性能;與WC摩擦配副對(duì)磨時(shí)平均摩擦系數(shù)與磨損率均較低,磨痕形貌光潔,表現(xiàn)出良好的摩擦學(xué)性能。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the tribological properties of sea frictional key components, uniform and gradient CrCN coating were deposited on 316L stainless steel and single crystal silicon by multi arc ion plating technique. The microstructures, mechanical performance, corrosion resistance and tribological properties in seawater were systematically investigated by XRD, XPS, SEM, Scratch test system, nano-indentation, 273A electrochemical workstation and ball-on-disc tribol-meter. The results showed that the grain size, crystallinity of Cr7C3(421), mechanical performance and corrosion resistance of gradient CrCN coating were better than uniform CrCN coating. Friction coefficient and wear ratio in seawater of gradient CrCN coating were lower than uniform CrCN coating, which indicates the gradient CrCN coating has a good tribological properties than uniform CrCN coating.
