    摘要:

    利用Gleeble-1500D熱模擬機(jī)對不同溫度下的Monel-400合金及熔敷金屬進(jìn)行拉伸試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,母材和熔敷金屬在高溫下的強(qiáng)度不斷下降,母材的塑性隨溫度的升高而增大,熔敷金屬的塑性急劇下降。在高溫下,細(xì)小彌散的第二相粒子對熔敷金屬起到了明顯的強(qiáng)化作用,而熔敷金屬的塑性發(fā)生了嚴(yán)重劣化。母材從低溫到高溫(700~1100℃)的斷裂形式是韌性斷裂,熔敷金屬斷裂形式由韌性斷裂逐步變?yōu)榇嘈詳嗔?。在?shí)際熱加工和應(yīng)用過程中,避免熔敷金屬發(fā)生大變形,防止產(chǎn)生加工熱裂紋,避免母材在700℃以上使用。

    Abstract:

    In order to investigate high temperature mechanical properties and fracture behaviors of Mone1-400 alloy and cladding metal tensile tests were conducted at different temperatures on a Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation machine. The results show that strength of base metal and cladding metal are declining from 700℃ to 1100℃. The plasticity of base metal increases with increasing temperature, while plasticity of the cladding metal declines. At 700℃, the dispersed second phase particles has played a significant role in strengthening the yield strength and tensile strength on the cladding metal, while plasticity of which is seriously deteriorated. At the range of 700 - 1100℃, the fracture pattern of base metal is ductile fracture, while fracture pattern of cladding metal from ductile fracture gradually become brittle fracture. In the actual thermal processing and application, it is crucial to avoid cladding metal large deformation to prevent thermal cracking, and the base metal should not be used above 700℃.
